Ability to effectively lead student-athletes and GA’s
Ability to plan, organize, and effectively run practices and workouts
Possess strong interpersonal/relational skills and an ability to relate with people well
Dedication to developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and spiritually
Ability to effectively recruit highly qualified student-athletes in the above mentioned catagories
A strong commitment to excellence, and the ability to motivate and teach student-athletes
Ability to work with and support other coaches, faculty and volunteers to build the
SEU community into one that always seeks to bring all glory to Jesus Christ
Understanding of Christian world and life view as it relates to all parts of college life
Thorough understanding of training and competition techniques and methods
Knowledge of the basic principles of teamwork and supervision
This position requires work hours after normal business hours to conduct practices and flexible hours in regard to competition, travel, and recruiting. It also requires excellent professional judgment and commitment to the highest ethical standards.
