Southeastern University is seeking a Graduate Assistant Men's Wrestling Coach to assistant with the continued development of all phases of the wrestling program.
The position is contingent upon full, regular acceptance into a graduate degree program and successful completion of all employment requirements at Southeastern University.
Compensation: The Graduate Assistant position includes a stipend, meal plan, and tuition waiver. This is a two year appointment, running from approximately August 15th –May 31st each year.

Overview: Is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the SEU Men's Wrestling program including coaching, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, academic success, fundraising, public relations, and other duties.
Reports To: Athletic Director and Head Men's Wrestling Coach
Working Conditions: Required to work weekends and evenings as needed; valid driver's license
Job Duties:
- Assist student athletes in development of athletic, spiritual and personal growth.
- Physically participate in practice sessions.
- Watch film and work one on one with student athletes as needed.
- Oversee athlete ACE (Study Hall) hours and report on academic progress
- Assist Head Wrestling coach with administrative duties related to hosting events, scheduling travel, and facility management.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree required
Experience Required: College wrestling experience required; some experience coaching at camps and clinics preferred.
