Job Summary:Indian Hills Community College is an NJCAA Division I institution.  The Head Coach reports to the Vice President, Student Development & Operations and is responsible for managing all aspects of the women’s wrestling programs located on the Centerville, IA campus.  The head coach must make prospective student-athletes aware of all policies and procedures and be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.  The head coach responsibilities include, but are not limited to, student athlete recruitment, scheduling events, conducting camps, facility oversight and maintaining an operating and scholarship budget for the program.
