Assistant Head Coach for Men’s & Women’s Wrestling responsibilities encompass assisting the Head Men’s & Women’s Wrestling Coach in all aspects of coaching Albion College’s varsity men’s and women’s wrestling team. This includes (but not limited to) scheduling, conditioning, technique training and mental preparation. The Assistant Head Coach will serve as the Head Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Wrestling team in the absence of the Head Coach. In addition, the position also works closely with Admissions and the Head Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Coach in the recruitment of men’s and women’s wrestlers.
