Kean University is seeking an experienced Head Women’s Wrestling Coach to lead and launch our new program. Reporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the Head Coach will coordinate the operations, coaching and cultivation of Kean’s team. The Head Coach will be responsible for the establishment and growth of this new program, and for building a vision for the program which aligns with Kean’s tradition of success. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment and retention of student-athletes; scheduling; fundraising; travel arrangements; budget; and related work as required.
