Responsibilities: Acts as assistant to Head Wrestling Coach; assists in coaching practice sessions and meets; coordinates and assists in recruitment of students for university wrestling program; aids in developing and conducting team conditioning program; assists in developing team meet schedules; and establishes and maintains effective working relationship with high school and junior college wrestling coaches.
