We are currently seeking a Head Coach for NCAA Men’s Wrestling to lead our intercollegiate program. The ideal candidate will foster a competitive, energetic, and positive team culture that attracts and retains high-quality student-athletes. This leader will promote excellence in athletics, academics, and personal development—ensuring student-athletes succeed in all areas and graduate ready for life beyond the mat.
This position serves as the leader of the NCAA intercollegiate men’s wrestling program that recruits and retains quality student-athletes who achieve student-athletes success athletically, academically, and socially and graduate.

Bachelor’s degree.

3 years successful intercollegiate or national/international wrestling coaching experience.

Strong track record of successful recruiting collegiate level or higher.

Demonstrated commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes, superior communication, relationship and culture building skills along with strong organizational structure.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as demonstrated through public speaking engagements, clinician experience, and/or use of effective and creative training/coaching techniques.

Experience with basic office productivity software, online database systems and digital video software relevant to sport of wrestling.

Possess a valid U.S Driver’s license with acceptable driving record
