Key Responsibilities: • Assist with all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III men’s wrestling program. • Attend and actively participate in practices, games, and team travel. • Support the recruitment of student-athletes who are a strong fit for Blackburn academically and athletically. • Contribute to practice planning and game-day strategy. • Promote the academic and personal development of student-athletes. • Support the head coach in administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance. • Participate in departmental and team fundraising activities. • Attend athletic department meetings and staff development opportunities. • Positively represent the college in campus, conference, and community settings.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a coach or athlete at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, support staff, and campus departments.
A genuine interest in mentoring student-athletes and contributing to their overall college experience.
Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
