Organization and supervision for all aspects of the men’s wrestling program including recruitment of qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success, ability to relate to student-athletes, compliance with NCAA, PSAC, and SRU rules and regulations, scheduling, practice and conditioning, scouting, budget management, fundraising, promotions, organizing and directing camps and clinics, and other duties as assigned by the director of athletics including administrative and facilities management duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years successful head or assistant wrestling coaching experience. Experience working with diverse populations. Successful performance in an interview and passing a criminal background check also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collegiate Recruiting Experience Division II Coaching Experience Knowledge of PA Recruitment base Previous head coaching experience Knowledge of PSAC men’s wrestling Experience counseling/mentoring student athletics; coordinating/directing camps and clinics; fundraising efforts and program promotions.
