Responsibilities: Responsible for managing specifically designated areas of the administrative operations of the wrestling program. Provides technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sports, instructs student athletes in the basics as well as advance strategies, and assists the Head Coach in management of the team through recruiting, fund-raising and promotional activities.

Graduate assistants will receive a bi-weekly check based on a 29 hour work week at current state minimum wage for a 9 month contract. The position will receive tuition remission for up to 12 graduate credits per academic year for 2 years.  

General Qualifications for all positions:

• Must be admitted into & enrolled full-time in a graduate program at Drury University
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, InDesign, etc.)
• Knowledge of NCAA policies preferred but not required.
